You are required to complete a Film & History Worksheet each week for the films that we watch. These serve as a way to organize your thoughts on the film – will be important preparation for discussion and a record of the work you do over the semester.

I’ll collect these for grades four times in the semester.

Criteria:

• Do you show an understanding of the film and its historical concept?
• Have you taken away important details – of plot, character, cinematography, etc.
• Have you reflected on the historical meanings of the film?
